Become a Contributor

Membership Requirements

  1. Age Requirement: All members must be at least 18 years of age.
  2. Profile Completion: Complete your profile with relevant information to facilitate meaningful collaboration.
  3. End User Agreement: You must read and agree to our End User Agreement (EUA).

Community Standards

You must accept and abide by the following community rules and standards:

Civility and Respect

  • Communicate with respect and professionalism at all times.
  • Disagree constructively without resorting to personal attacks.
  • Use inclusive language that respects diverse backgrounds and viewpoints.

Content Guidelines

  • Focus on facts, evidence, and constructive analysis.
  • When discussing public figures, ensure claims are supported by credible evidence.
  • Avoid posting content that could be considered defamatory, harassing, or threatening.
  • Do not share private information about individuals without their consent.

Documentation Standards

  • Provide sources for factual claims whenever possible.
  • Date all event documentation for proper chronological tracking.
  • Categorize content appropriately (e.g., Event Documentation, Project Proposal, etc.) using one or more tags.
  • Use clear, accessible language to ensure broad understanding.

The BDCOLLAB Platform ("the Platform") serves solely as a hosting service for user-generated content. The Platform does not create, edit, modify, or review content before users post it. All opinions, statements, proposals, and documentation posted on the Platform are the users' sole responsibility.

The Platform expressly disclaims all liability for user-generated content, including but not limited to its accuracy, legality, or compliance with third-party rights. While the Platform encourages responsible posting and may remove content that violates our guidelines, we cannot guarantee comprehensive monitoring of all posts.

Using this service, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Platform, its owners, operators, affiliates, and representatives from any claims arising from content you post or actions you take through the Platform.

Account Security

  • Choose a strong, unique password and update it regularly.

Violation Consequences

  • First violation: Warning and request to modify content
  • Second violation: Temporary suspension (7 days)
  • Third violation: Extended suspension (30 days)
  • Severe violations: Immediate permanent ban
